Refunds and Credits

If you are dissatisfied with your POINTS! Chocolate Candies or if something is missing from your package, please contact us at tyler@hummii.com. We may, in our sole discretion, issue a credit and/or refund to your account. Please note that all purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise provided by law or by a specific offer from us. Any credits or refunds issued will be at our discretion and may be applied to your original method of payment or as a credit to your account.

Additionally, while we take great care in packaging your order using insulated bags and other techniques to mitigate damage, we are not liable for any melting or damage that occurs once the product has been shipped. Any decision to issue a credit or refund for such cases will also be at our sole discretion.
