How should I store POINTS! Products?
We’ve seen a mix of where our customers love to store POINTS! Protein Candies. They are good in your home until the best by date but we’ve also seen customers that love to keep them in the refrigerator.
When will my POINTS! Order ship?
We typically ship within 24-48 hours but in warmer times of the year we ship exclusively Monday thru Wednesday evening. Any orders received after will be prepped & shipped first thing Monday to help prevent melting/damage.
What is the upgraded cold shipping?
With this option, we will send the product in insulated packaging to give better protection against high heat.
